Usborne / I Can Read Sale

News from the

Pennsylvania Curriculum Exchange

I have an impromptu sale to announce, only being advertised here. My bulging shelf of “I Can Read” style books and overflowing bins of Usborne titles will be on sale this week:

Buy 1, Get 1 Free

These books are already at least 50% off retail, and some are much more discounted than that. We have 124 Usborne titles and 185 I Can Ready style books.

Sale starts now and ends April 28th–I have time for appointments on my off days, please just call 24 hours ahead to schedule.

Some interesting new/consigned items for the week:

This is a NEW item from Master Books. It is written by James Stobaugh and put out by the publishers of Answer in Genesis materials.  It is British History aimed at High School age. It would make a great unit when doing Brit Lit in 11th or 12th. Student and Teacher Editions available. (Retail $39.98/set, PACE $37.98)

I have several copies of this USED item, still sealed. From Home School In The Woods, this CD allows you to print out projects and plans for a particular time period. I can order new ones for other time periods. (Used $17.37, New-PACE $27.50)

This is TRISMS. It is an older version (c.2001) of History Makers which is now called History’s Masterminds. This set shown below was well over $300 new.  (PACE-$50)

And now for some scrapbooking fun! I had about a dozen of these paper pads brought in. They are 12″x12″  and missing some pages. These are all $2-$3ish: a huge savings to get a nice variety of papers for scrapbooking.
