The Ultimate Guide to the Life of Fred Playing Dice with a Pampered Chef

News from the

Pennsylvania Curriculum Exchange

So I was thinking, the title of a post should tell you exactly what will be in it. And this one does! Literally!

A couple interesting items to highlight for you:

First we have a copy of the newest edition of Debra Bell’s Ultimate Guide to Homeschooling. ($12.00–retail $20) It is endorsed and published by Apologia.

I’ve had many requests for Life of Fred. I have in a High School Geometry set with answers ($27.00–retail $45).

The dice have turned out to be wildly popular so I have added a few more styles. In addition to what I had before I now carry a round die, Spanish number dice, animal-themed dice sets and more fraction and decimal varieties.  (See this blog post for the ones I already have)

Top: frog game set of 5 in a tube. Middle: Jumbo blanks--fill in with wet-erase for temporary or Sharpie for permanent. Round die. Bottom: Microdice in many colors including transparent ones.

And finally, I am holding a Pampered Chef catalog show to help out a friend. If you would like to order something you can come in the store and the catalog is on my counter. You can order that way. Or just go online at this link and you can browse the catalog there and pay right online (best way if you are using credit card). The show closes April 11 and the items can be picked up at my store shortly after that.

A few store more details (OK I didn’t get ALL this in the title):

1. I have tons of shipping bubble wrap again. Please stop by during open hours to get yours for free. I have about 5 hefty bags full right now. I pretty much always have a supply so don’t hesitate to ask anytime.

2. We had some baby goats. Click here for beyond cuteness. Feel free to subscribe to my farm blog if you want to see all the babies as they are born through the spring. BTW all our goat kids are for sale once they are weaned.

3. I am not going to accept general Christian reading books any longer. It isn’t that I have a problem with them of course, it’s just that you all have way too many you are trying to consign. In the interest of having room for all the homeschool materials I can’t take anymore. Exceptions would be novels; they remain popular.

4. More about this in my next post, but mark your calendars for April. All Alpha Omega titles will be 20% off of retail. I have most of the lifepacs in stock, lots of Horizons, and I can order any Switched on Schoolhouse. There is no shipping charge if I order it for you and Alpha Omega supports any new SOS you purchase through me. Consigned items remain at 40% off as usual.
